1 The registration fee covers entrance fees to all presentations from Keynote speakers and paper sessions, one copy of the proceedings (in which the authorís paper is included), conference bag, coffee breaks, and conference lunches.

2 Fees is per paper.  However, in the case of one paper having more than one author, then the payment will depend on how many of the authors will be participating at the conference in Tripoli. Each participant has to pay the fee. 

3 A valid proof of full-time 2010 studentship is required to qualify for the studentís fee. Students will be required to show a valid student identity card at the conference. PhD-students and students who will present the papers are not considered

4 After July 08th, only on-site registration will be accepted. Only cash (US Dollar) payment will be accepted for on-site registration. Thus, registering in advance is strongly recommended if you want to save time and money and queuing up at the registration desk.  

 

Conference Dinner:

CANCELLATION POLICY
 Written refund requests must received by us on or before May 30, 2010. All refunds are subjected to 25% handling  fees.  Sorry, no refund will be honored for cancellations after May 30, 2010.
